Mix 2 level metric teaspoons (4g) with 200 mL of water or in a drink of your choice. Always use a dry spoon and consume within 60 days of opening. Storage: Store below 25ºC in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if lid seal is missing or broken. No added gluten, egg, dairy, lactose, soy, and nuts. The fish aren’t caught for the sole purpose of manufacturing collagen, the by-product used would otherwise be disposed of as food waste.

Domestic Shipping:

All online orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day will be posted that same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST, on weekends or public holidays will be posted on the following business day.

Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard, (or Express if selected). You will receive an email from us which will keep you updated on your parcel delivery.

Shipping within Australia:

  • Free shipping is available to all orders over $100. 
  • The Orangerie charges $11 incl. GST postage Australia wide for all orders under $100 AUD
  • Complimentary express post is provided for all orders over $300
  • Bulky or heavy items and orders to remote areas may require additional postage costs. We will be in contact with you with a quote if this applies to your order.

Please take care to provide your correct street address. The Orangerie cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.

  • VIC 3-4 days
  • WA and Rural areas can take from 5-10 days.

Shipping to New Zealand:

  • Standard: $20 (5-10 business days)
  • Registered Express: $30 (3-7 business days) 

Please note that we can not ship perfume to New Zealand. If you do order perfume, we will unfortunately need to refund the amount back to the card used for the transaction.

At this stage we only deliver within Australia and New Zealand.
