Donna Bianca Earrings in Resin
18K Gold Plated Green resin gems embossed with embracing hands and the word amore are set on golden studs. There is a castle that overlooks Fiesole, a hilly town in Florence, Italy. The residents there swear that sometimes, at night, a pale figure appears in the window. It is said to be an apparition of Donna Bianca, a young noblewoman who had fallen in love with a local man. Bianca and her lover were not considered a suitable match, but after pleading with her family her father eventually relented. On her wedding day, she waited at the window for her fiancé in a dark blue gown with a cream bodice, and shouted joyfully as he approached: Amore mio, sono qui! - My love, I am here! Her joy quickly turned to terror, as two assassins who wished that Bianca had been betrothed to another man came from the woods. Never able to be parted from her love, Bianca joined her fiancé in the afterlife, and today roams the castle halls using her spiritual powers to help true lovers triumph over hatred. Handcrafted and individually cast. Each piece is unique, which we believe is what gives it its beauty. Nickel and lead free, vegetable resin.

Domestic Shipping:
All online orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day will be posted that same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST, on weekends or public holidays will be posted on the following business day.
Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard, (or Express if selected). You will receive an email from us which will keep you updated on your parcel delivery.
Shipping within Australia:
- Free shipping is available to all orders over $100.
- The Orangerie charges $11 incl. GST postage Australia wide for all orders under $100 AUD
- Complimentary express post is provided for all orders over $300
- Bulky or heavy items and orders to remote areas may require additional postage costs. We will be in contact with you with a quote if this applies to your order.
Please take care to provide your correct street address. The Orangerie cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.
Timing to different States will vary.

Shipping to New Zealand:
- Standard: $20 (5-10 business days)
- Registered Express: $30 (3-7 business days)
Please note that we can not ship perfume to New Zealand. If you do order perfume, we will unfortunately need to refund the amount back to the card used for the transaction.
