Angelica Ring - 18K Gold Plated
This elegantly embellished band comes in gold or silver, and is named for the heroine of the epic Renaissance poem Orlando Inamorato, in which Angelica is the beloved subject of Orlando’s affections. As Princess of Cathay, Angelica was so beautiful that any knight she met would pursue her hand in marriage. In a moment of great danger, as she fled from these unwanted suitors, she became trapped on a rock by the ocean. She was about to be devoured by a great sea monster when an African knight named Ruggiero rescued her, and gave her a magical ring which has the power to render the wearer invisible. She used this gift to maintain her freedom and independence, by placing the ring in her mouth and disappearing at will. No longer needing to flee, she lived a happy life full of liberty with the magic ring as her most precious item.

Domestic Shipping:
All online orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day will be posted that same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST, on weekends or public holidays will be posted on the following business day.
Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard, (or Express if selected). You will receive an email from us which will keep you updated on your parcel delivery.
Shipping within Australia:
- Free shipping is available to all orders over $100.
- The Orangerie charges $11 incl. GST postage Australia wide for all orders under $100 AUD
- Complimentary express post is provided for all orders over $300
- Bulky or heavy items and orders to remote areas may require additional postage costs. We will be in contact with you with a quote if this applies to your order.
Please take care to provide your correct street address. The Orangerie cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.
Timing to different States will vary.
Below are approximated standard delivery times:
- QLD 1-2 days
- NSW 2-3 days
- VIC 3-4 days
- WA and Rural areas can take from 5-10 days.
Shipping to New Zealand:
- Standard: $20 (5-10 business days)
- Registered Express: $30 (3-7 business days)
Please note that we can not ship perfume to New Zealand. If you do order perfume, we will unfortunately need to refund the amount back to the card used for the transaction.
International shipping:
At this stage we only deliver within Australia and New Zealand.
